Corporate Event Planner

As a corporate event planner, The Angels Events job is to compliment the existing skill set of the company for which they are working. Quite often this means working with the in-house marketing team to deliver brand messages through an event, which typically means a high level of correspondence and integration of the teams. On other occasions The Angels Events work for senior management teams to simply remove the event from their to-do list, working remotely and only liaising on the top level key decisions. Working on the Nisa Gala Dinner for the last 7 years has been a beautiful blend of both. More often than not a corporate event planner looks for a one size fits all solution to a gala dinner that is repeated each year, however this client pushes the boundaries of design and new technologies, always looking to host the most eagerly anticipated event in the industry.

In 2018, as guests walked through the doors at the NAEC, they were transported to the Souks of Marrakesh. While shop keepers heckled, snake charmers mesmerised and sand readers gripped guests attention, The Angels Events worked quickly behind the curtains to light 240 lanterns ready for the reveal. Sat under a luxurious lined ceiling, satin covered tables were surrounded by gold framed chairs, and dressed with sumptuous deep red floral arrangements and candlelight. Guests were blown away by the transformation of the 3000 sq mtr space, and following a fantastically successful awards ceremony, danced the night away to the soulful vocals of Paloma Faith’s backing band, The Faithettes.
