An Elegant Summers Day Celebration
What better way is there to spend a long mid-summers day than an intimate garden party surrounded by your closest family and friends? At The Angels Events we don’t think there is one.
To make the most of the summer sun guests arrived leisurely around midday, and were greeted with light summer canapés and a refreshing glass of Whispering Angel, which had been shipped just that week specially for the party direct from the stunning Chateau D’Esclans vineyard, or an ice cold Elderflower & Mint Fizz. Guests gathered around the teak ‘Ascot’ style furniture to catch up with familiar faces, while the atmospheric sounds of The Angels Events ‘Champagne Reception’ playlist played in the background.
As the afternoon progressed guests were seated under a white stretch tent canopy for a stunning seafood lunch, followed by an assiette of fresh summer desserts. To complement the white structure and traditional English garden party feel, round tables were dressed with luxurious white hemstitched linen, custom sewn napkins and oak crossback chairs. Low floral bowls adorned the centre of the tables, filled with seasonal blooms in shades of powdery sweet pea purple, pink and blue.
As the sun set on the horizon and the saxophonist begun to play amongst the guests, the very well known scent of a barbecue filled the air and guests enjoyed locally sourced meats and salads before dancing the night away under the stars.
